It’s possible she’s pretending. It’s also possible that she’s the proverbial canary in the coal mine, being among the first of prominent MAGAs to react to the many failures of Trumpism
But either way, IMO, it’s highly counterproductive to attack her when she’s saying the right things.

The majority of funding for Air Traffic Controllers’ pay comes NOT from the general fund, but from from the Airport & Airway Trust Fund, which receives its revenue from aviation excise taxes on airline tickets, cargo, and general aviation fuel.
