I feared playing To the Moon: Beach Episode as the characters Kan Gao created as are close to my heart as my own family, and the Sigmund Minisodes were ominous.

My fears were proven true as In just 2.6 hours I was (again) emotionally destroyed.

Damn you, Kan 10/10 would cry again

David Simon, creator of ‘The Wire’, being interviewed by Ari Shapiro (NPR)
SHAPIRO: OK, so you've spent your career creating television without Al, and I could imagine today you thinking, boy, I wish I had had that tool to solve those thorny problems...
SIMON: What?
SHAPIRO: ...Or saying...
SIMON: You imagine that?
SHAPIRO: ...Boy, if that had existed, it would have screwed me over.
SIMON: I don't think Al can remotely challenge what writers do at a fundamentally creative level.
SHAPIRO: But if you're trying to transition from scene five to scene six, and you're stuck with that transition, you could imagine plugging that portion of the script into an Al and say, give me 10 ideas for how to transition this.
SIMON: I'd rather put a gun in my mouth.

I had a good time restoring the Roman Empire, but my poor computer could not handle the fully developed world around 1300.
By then the game was running agonizingly slow and completing it has taken me months.
The whole game probably lasted 2 years (playing on and off). Crazy but I did it 😵‍💫 (8/8)

By the end, the Roman empire had broken in three, with an Eastern empire and an Arabic Empire splitting off, and the Romans spilling into Central Asia, Tibet, Central and Eastern Europe, Scythia and central Africa.
Our combined forces were about 2 million soldiers. (7/8)

Emperor Ruhollah completed the conquest of India, making Fars the second most powerful empire in the world, after the Roman empire itself.

More than 500 kinsmen were at my beck and call and our dynasty renown score was over 1.9 million. The world was ruled by Robertines. (6/8)

Many emperors would follow and slowly restore the Roman empire's border back to when it had been at its greatest extent, under Trajan (98 - 117).
Eventually a civil war went wrong and emperor Gelduin was deposed and wandered the Earth before conquering Fars and starting a new Empire in Iran (5/8)

Becoming king at only 4 years old, amazingly Helie survived his regency period and after a glorious 74 year reign and a century of French expansion he managed to restore the Holy Roman Empire and die an Emperor. (4/8)

Duke Gilles was the finest warrior of his age and became the Marshall of France and the terror of its foes.
When he became regent for the new prince, his high status and great popularity made it possible to execute a bloodless coup.
After a glorious 51 year reign he died as Viceroy of France. (3/8)

Starting as lowly 9 year old magistrate in Anjou I was promptly murdered 3 years later 💀
My successor Robert II ruthlessly expanded his power by any means and had a good but bloody 45 year reign.
His successor would become a Governor (2/8)

I completed my challenge of finishing a complete maximum length Crusader Kings 3 game starting in 867 and ending in 1453 (586 years) before Battlefield 6 comes out, but only barely. 😅 (1/8)
