I think the production committee should go with another studio instead of J.C. Staff if a second season was announced.

But the English VAs should return, no recasting! In addition, let more VAs from Los Angeles and New York City work with the Dallas crew to make the English dub experience more fun.

If this were to be properly dubbed, cast incredible voice actors from Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston and New York City to work together on the dub! Enough of this AI dubbing BS!
December 2, 2025 at 2:39 AM
Amazon and Prime Video should have known better!

How about casting real voice actors for their anime catalog, with talent from Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston and New York City working together?
December 2, 2025 at 2:37 AM
I am looking forward to this one.

Then again, as I have been posting nonstop, it would have been great if the voice actors from Los Angeles and New York City worked with the cast in Dallas on this series.

All AI dubbing and subbing must end! They are both inefficient and useless.

I am all in for casting voice actors, especially in Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston and New York City, to work together! And have subtitles done by real people.

The moment Amazon and Prime Video finally gets their (bleep) together is when they cast voice actors from Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston and New York City to work together, something that Crunchyroll has FAILED to do since 2022!
December 2, 2025 at 2:24 AM
Awesome, Kdin. Congratulations!

I just hoped that some voice actors from Dallas and Houston had joined the rest of the LA cast at Studiopolis.

I honestly believe popular works should be dubbed by a diverse, cross-county cast of voice actors from Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, and New York City (and other places of course) working together, whether the are Union-affiliated or not.

That should be the way in these blasted times!
November 30, 2025 at 3:20 PM
Please make that happen, @emilyjfajardo.bsky.social!
November 30, 2025 at 3:12 PM
Wish that @crunchyroll.com would release the new cast members for the latest batch.

But I hope the new cast members are not just from Dallas, but also from Los Angeles and New York City to level up the English dub.

A popular series like One Piece deserves a diverse, cross-county cast!

By what I can say? I am just a designer who is a staunch supporter of the voice acting community and pro-Union. Despite being unsatisfied with all the dubbing projects, except for some of them done by Studio Nano and Sound Cadence Studios, I will still watch them to support the real storytellers.
November 30, 2025 at 3:05 PM
As for Crunchyroll, they should stick with the licensing of anime instead of producing English dubs. The voice actors who work over there should consider moving to Los Angeles and New York City to improve their craft and expand the talent pool.
November 30, 2025 at 3:05 PM
Not that I am against the Union dubbing studios as they are doing right by allowing voice actors to work on their craft. But I will comment on them to please do not overlook talent outside of Los Angeles, New York City and other Union-back states.
November 30, 2025 at 3:05 PM
I cannot stress enough on how unsatisfied I am with Crunchyroll’s nitpicking and freelancing standards with it comes to their dubbing work, despite my praises to the voice actors that work over there. The same goes for the Union dubbing studios that rely on local talent over outside talent.
November 30, 2025 at 3:05 PM
Looks promising…

But @netflix.com, please cast voice actors from Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston and New York City to work on the English dub, whether they are Union-affiliated or not!
November 30, 2025 at 2:49 PM
Preach!

But most importantly, for all the voice actors in Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston and New York, they should cast them regardless if they are Union-affiliated or not.

All VAs should work together!
November 30, 2025 at 1:41 AM
Hell, yeah!

@intermiamicf.bsky.social is going to the MLS Cup!

Let’s (bleeping) go!!!
November 30, 2025 at 1:13 AM
No to AI dubbing!

Instead, Amazon should hire real voice actors to dub their anime catalog. But it should be VAs from Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston and New York City working together on them.
November 30, 2025 at 12:39 AM
Congratulations on the role, Nasim.

It would be great if your counterparts in Los Angeles and New York City would have joined you guys. That would make the English dub for this show more dynamic!
November 30, 2025 at 12:16 AM
But they should hire voice actors from Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston and New York City to work together. That is the way to go!

Shame on Amazon and Prime Video for this dumb move!

No AI Dubbing!!!
November 30, 2025 at 12:11 AM
Any cast announcements?

And will there be any voice actors from Dallas and Houston joining in?
November 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM
This is why I am against AI dubbing!

Amazon and Prime Video should be ashamed for doing this crap!

Instead, that corporate company should cast real voice actors to dub their anime catalog, but with VAs from Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston and New York City working together!
