Past 48 hours have been a blur. I finally caught up on sleep (only had 5 hrs of sleep that whole time) but I'm still doubled over from migraines and cramps. My partner made it out of the procedure okay and we got them home safe. I know I have messages piling up but I am not physically well rn sorry

You're not annoying! I think we all feel that about ourselves. Our generation seems to experience a great deal of social anxiety (and traumas) that tend to hinder our ability to connect the way we would have liked to before making ourselves basically "available' 24/7.

I'm always happy to hear from you and I'm sorry I have difficulty holding conversations as well. I think for folks like us small talk doesn't come organically and we're so used to the sporadic interactions social media use has instilled in us that we're not always sure how to relate or respond.
