Nowhere near the same level (Brandenburg v Ohio SCOTUS). SCOTUS also ruled in favor of the American Nazi party being allowed to march in a Jewish neighborhood in Skokie, Illinois (although they did voluntarily back out). Westboro Baptist Church protesting soldiers' funerals etc...

I don't like John Bolton. However, while he does not use the word stupid to describe Trump, Bolton does paint a picture of Trump being impulsive. If he was not stupid why would he tweet about market manipulation?
