4 days ago, viral press coverage of an ICE agent assaulting a woman outside of an immigration courtroom got him very briefly suspended. Today, in either an act of retaliation or just brute repression, ICE officers attacked 2 journalists. 1 of them had to be taken to a hospital on a stretcher by EMS.

Banana bread came out wonderful. Standard recipe -cinnamon + all spice, dark chocolate chips, mini milk chocolate chips and molasses granola on top. Took fucking forever to bake at this elevation tho.

Life update: shit hit the fan w the dogs & I'm reporting to animal control, adult protective services, and going back to Raleigh. Fighting for guardianship of Nana. Joe decided this isn't bad enough to warrant getting rid of the dogs that fight in front of the 84 y/o on blood thinners w dementia.
