Woke up to this! One thing I didn’t anticipate when I retired was missing the excitement of “Will school be out for a snow day or not?” I missed the anticipation of “the call” then getting a surprise extra few hours in bed. Oh well! Happy for my former coworkers that the answer was “Yes!” today!

My sweet girl had surgery on her lady parts. The first two nights were sleepless as she kept licking and biting her stitches. This afternoon she gave me snuggles to apologize. I rewarded her with a suit. She is not happy. She walks a few steps then flops. Oh the drama! #CatsOfBluesky #Caturday

Simone got spayed today & they didn’t have a cone small enough for her. Said she’d be okay without as long as she doesn’t mess with the stitches. Well, she is the devil child so she hasn’t stopped messing with them. She’s also jumped on the dresser in her isolation room 4x. #DeathWish #IAmWorried 🥺

It’s been a while since I posted for #Caturday. This was too exciting not to share. I got my kitten, SiSi, on June 22nd. On Friday night a MIRACLE happened. My 3 yo, Buddy, finally showed her some love! I thought it would never happen! ❤️❤️ #CatsOfBluesky
