The Parsa Laboratory at CZ Biohub New York
The Parsa laboratory investigates the functional and clonal dynamics of T cells during various immune responses. Using innovative genetic approaches, we will precisely track and analyze the behavior of polyclonal perturbation-specific T cells over time and space. We seek to uncover the rules governing the development of effector and memory T cells, ultimately enhancing our understanding of adaptive immunity and advancing therapies for various diseases, including cancer and autoimmunity.
