I don't think people have lost their minds. They've been given permission by people in authority to release all of their suppressed feelings, beliefs and emotions, no matter how awful they are. They've been enabled by those in power to show their true colours.

Take note and remember that.

No need to apologize for being a mess. Life's hard and sometimes cruel, and what we go through, and what the brain worms tell us, can be overwhelming.
