Yesterday my oldest twin son, Cooper, and I went to visit my BFF and her family. We sat outside enjoying the weather & friendship. (Midwestern thing to porch sit on visits on nice days). My bff's dog Harper loved my son & spent much time bestowing doggie kisses on my son. 💙

My mom couldn't have bio kids so I was the 2nd lucky daughter who my Mexican parents adopted at birth. My bio mom was a single Native American student who later became a VA nurse. Catholic Charities to my parents: would you be open to an Indian baby to adopt? It was never a consideration to say no.
