Clearly a fun and deliberately provocative title, but clearly schools and charities work together all the time (and that’s putting aside the fact that all academies and most private schools *are* part of the charity sector)

Key for me is having a clearer vision for what ministers should be doing *instead* of pushing a function out to an ALB. Otherwise this is just rearranging the deck chairs
