I knew games were more like that before, but haven't made the link about the similarity! I do wonder tho, if the servers were more community driven, would that also imply having more difficulty finding people of the same skill level?

Yeah something similar. Doesn't have to be exactly like that tho. The goal is just to be able to play, even if there's the possibility for cheaters in the game (it can still have non kernel anticheat measures tho). Like there could be 2 rank modes. With and without kernel anticheat.

Oh so quite the project! Good luck with it :D

I've seen it somewhere so I'll say it here.

The best way for games that currently need strict anti-cheat software to run on Linux is to have two types of servers.

One server for verified hardware that can run anti-cheats, one for the rest.

Do you have a diy project in mind or are at you going to design it yourself?

I read the first sentence and already new what the ending is going to be.

8/10 good story but to much foreshadowing

Unfortunately they did not specify :(

Max price would thus be 1000 USD or 1400 CAD

I'll have to see as well, but I'm definitely going to replay classics like modded beatsaber and super hot.

difference is I currently have a rift s that I last picked up a few years ago, so if I actually buy it, it's definitely going to be an upgrade lol

Yeah that one took a while, but I had more like 20h in so nice job :D (went back to go get upgrades before beating it)

Did it taste good at least?

There is no good way to make mobile apps, only less bad ways

I can say that if you are up somewhat for a challenge (setting up and maintaining), arch can be a fun learning experience. Maintaining was a bit of a pain for me so I switched :p

Since I got on linux tho, every time I need to use windows, I just get annoyed ._.

OMG did you go to an ad simulator or something??? /hj

Honestly >100M is a feat I'll probably never achieve since I'm usually reinstalling my OS at least every year :p
November 7, 2025 at 5:41 AM
mine has been there since about 9 months so I'm probably in the rookie numbers ._.
