Today I learned that Discord will automatically correct ":DD" (as in the happy face) to a middle finger emoji. I'd be mad if it wasn't extremely funny.

Posts like these are fascinating to me.

I adore Bioshock (Top 3 games of all time to me) but it’s not an immersive sim at all.

Is it just grouped into this genre by association with System Shock?

Added bullet counting to my FPS. First pic is after all bullets are fired and the second is after only one is.

I wonder how many people will notice, it’s such a small detail.

It also doesn’t affect gameplay, but having accurate bullet counting for hard mode could be cool 👀

Can anyone help me with this?

There’s this issue where animations transition really weirdly to the idle, it’s because of the blend tree that blends the idle animation based on the camera’s vertical rotation

Is there an obvious fix here I’m missing? (You can see the issue at 0:14)

Newbie question but anyone know how to merge a white roughness map with a metallic map?

Trying to use the “Input Metallic Alpha” for the smoothness in Unity, I have a metallic map and a roughness map currently.

Do I need to modify the roughness map to make it compatible with smoothness too?
