i have never once looked at my bike helmet and gone, yeah, nah, not gonna go ride because i have to wear that.
i have however MANY TIMES thought about cars and the roads and the drivers and thought that.
and it's NOT because the helmet makes me less human or less visible to a driver.

i want to see ANY cyclist in Auckland thinking that removing their helmets would make their bike rides SAFER!
more convienient, maybe. less helmet hair, probably. but safer, fucking outrageous.

here's hoping our int'l trading partners all take notice of this and hammer us with massive export tarrifs and massive fines for breaching trade agreements. it's the only way this fuckwitted bunch of idiots will sit up & pay attention. and even then, they'll probably just blame Labour somehow.
