I was hit by a car while riding my bike in Sunnyvale, called 911 to ask for police to come out, and they said they wouldn't send one because I didn't need an ambulance.
I filed an insurance claim, but as far as I'm aware there's no police report.

Also the new trains have automatic passenger counters. Really screwing monthly pass holders for no reason.

Love that seniors (generally) pay lower property taxes than younger/newer homeowners due to Prop 13 *and* get special opt-outs on parcel taxes

High electricity prices also mean that charging an EV, even with PG&E's special EV rate, is more expensive than fueling a hybrid with gas on a per-mile basis.

I feel like I’m never gonna learn the tracks well doing only 1 lap for most of them. When I unlock mirror mode it won’t be a challenge cause it’ll be just as foreign 😝

The soundtrack is fine, but the 5 actors playing dozens of roles, changing gender and nationality and character at breakneck speed, were incredible. One of the best musicals I’ve seen.

In 2011 I saw them open for Lady Gaga and it was my favorite concert of all time (so far).

BART already goes to San Jose! And if you wanna go downtown, the VTA 500 bus is quick from Berryessa and has a schedule timed to BART’s.
