Just finished it! Really could not put it down. The epilogue at the end was really nice touch. I love all the references to the coveys and their history but is it still up to interpretation what happened to Lucy Gray Baird ? Or was it final in this book? IYKYK
I read the first few chapters and parked this before… but now I’m committing! I think I tried to read to soon after ballad of songbirds and snakes so I just had burnout 🤷♂️

Sinnoh will always be my favourite region since I was 9 years old but I’ve been thinking about how drastic of a jump it was from gen 2 johto to tropical gen 3 hoenn and how cool the change of environment was with a solid roster of new Pokemon. Hoenn is such a good region
