When you have someone who believes in you and bigs you up, you step outside of your comfort zone and do things you normally wouldn't.

Just over two weeks since my second knee surgery and decided I needed to get on the treadmill. Lot more tedious with two braces 😆 It was very slow but I did it.

Even that's a stretch some days. Currently 8 hours post second knee surgery (this time on the right knee) and procrastinating scheduling an MRI to see if I totally fucked up the left knee I had done 2 months ago.
