Star Wars is nothing without the emotional connections that the characters have with each other. The visual spectacle, SFX and fight sequences, should serve the story, but without the human element, if I don’t care about the characters, none of that matters.

Last night was my first time seeing Prince’s ‘Sign o’ the Times’ in theatres. In fact, it was my first time seeing any Prince film in theatres. Although I’d seen the film countless times, this was a whole ’nother experience. He was a brilliant, one-of-a-kind, visionary, musical genius.

We never asked but I think this used to be an Italian restaurant and when it was turned into a Chinese-Vietnamese restaurant, the new owners just kept the name.
The outside was unassuming and the inside was nothing to write home about, but the food was amazing.
