UPDATE: Victim in this incident is a 62-year-old male. He is injured and altered with facial trauma. Medics are transporting him to Methodist.

My remarks zeroed in on the tippy top of city government. Let’s be honest: when it comes to transit and street safety, our Mayor has zero vision. We saw it in the 2016 transit referendum and we’re still seeing it now. Indianapolis deserves better.
