Like WHEN did this even happy in the plot line? At least with 2003 the movie wrapped up the anime series. Brotherhood ends and then just had this one off film unrelated and with the brothers ages back down to kids with missing bodies. I’m mad…that was the last of my unseen fma content and it SUCKED

Don’t get me started on this whole -Julia is ishvalen- but it’s not ishval it’s some made up country in the gaps of the map bs. It’s literally ishval plot with a new name. And I’m supposed to care so much about her and its past and her brother but- I’m here for fma, that movie was all oc plot

The movie literally had Winry sit in the colonels office while mid briefing about military affairs, Sorry but that wouldn’t happen. Mustang would have told her to get her ass out, but nah she’s just there like Roy and Riza are her parents. Cute sure, but not in character AT ALL. God this movie sucks

Okay, that movie was a mess, like horrible even. It was jarring to see fma in 3D and have it break so many of its own world building laws. Julia was a marry sue, and it pissed me off she got powers for swallowing a stone- when in the show Kimbly does the same and doesn’t go all red eye super hero
