@ocasio-cortez.house.gov @warren.senate.gov i waited over 3.5 hours to speak to someone on behalf of my elderly mother in law to make sure to update her banking. I never got through, they closed at 7 & went to SS office and they are 3 weeks out.

Since I am not posting on FB here is a pic of my beautiful mother. 86 and still a boss! Her caretaker is going through all her jewelry with her - a large project since my mom loved dolling up for work with beads and bobbles!
