On Monday, we were tracking Ford just at the edge of the SOUTHCOM chop line in the EUCOM/6th Fleet, which would put them much closer to Africa than the Caribbean.

The eastern edge of the chop line 30° W (which fattens out to 25°W to accommodate the eastern tip of Brazil is much closer to Morocco than to Venezuela. See attached.
