Fuming that I had to submit a complaint to PayPal through an online form, & that I had to truncate my thoughts into under 2,500 characters.

Stripe returned my call at 1am. I answer my phone regardless of time, but they hung up on me, & assumed they were spam when they called again. Anyway called Stripe again & called PayPal today. PayPal told me to submit a formal complaint on their site because the rep can't do it for some reason.
