The NHS is in a current state which puts patients at risk every day - strike or no strike. And this has been coming for decades (and was obvious to staff).
Without more, better remunerated, staff will leave and continue downhill

Whilst I’m also aware of the financial arguments management must consider, I find it irksome that they *do* play the emotional….

On the plus side, I think that Tom Dolphin countered all the points (many had been made an hour earlier by a management rep, less acerbically) calmly and sensibly.

They do get criticised by those who have other questions which don’t get asked.

But, honestly, I never come away from an interview/interchange of views involving one thinking they came out on top of the discussion.
Am I the only one to think their publicity works against them??

Charging little and often even at slower ‘destination’ chargers wouldn’t take 30min and would comfortably sustain sufficient range for the average driver’s <30miles per day.

But I doubt the 3p a mile will reduce uptake or use of EV vehicles significantly. Running an electric care will still cost rather less than an ICE car.
