At least not as much progress. You can rebind the quick save button, I have it on the tilde button for me.
It still bites a bit to fail redoing an encounter but it'll be at least a little smoother

Theres probably some mods out there that would solve combat issues, but if that doesn't work for you I highly recommend quick saving as much as possible. Baldurs Gate 1 sorta requires you to quick save like every 5 seconds, and 3 isnt as bad for how often but yeah it helps a lot to not lose progress

Yeah that's good, also just slotting some evade window for like 2-3 points is really comfortable too

yeah. I'm not sure which weapon you're playing but the game plan for most of his dive and swipe moves is no joke, to i-frame them

I also just generally enjoy how Denis' visuals focus on scale and how that adds to the feelings of isolation and alienation.

Yeah, the thing that I think hit for me was the idea of how we're so self centered? The protagonist starts collecting information and starts putting together if he's the "chosen one" only to find out he's just not. Maybe it wasn't the most well executed or profound but it did something for me
