and not only are they taking my hand and saying "yes" but they are also telling me "I think our hearts maybe look the same inside." Thank you for being part of that with me. Thank you for being brave with me because the more we can practice being brave together the better off we'll be.

This whole process feels so tender and beautiful and frightening and something about this piece feels like the guts of that. I feel like I am walking up to strangers and saying "Hey, do you want to see what it looks like inside my heart? It's like. Really gross in there. But do you?"
