If you're like me and would rather sit peacefully at home crafting than contend with the sensory horror of Xmas shops these bowl covers are an easy way to use up remnants for little gifts.I make a few on the machine and then take to the sofa to watch a bit of tv and sew on buttons 😊

Sometimes when the clouds hide all signs and sounds of the valley it's like being wrapped in cotton wool. Another day sewing Xmas presents I think 🌱

The good thing about having these japanese anemones in the herb/labyrinth garden is that you get to see the gorgeous backs as well as the pale pink fronts 🌱

#Sneachta I've had Elmo the Shetland pony turn up at the back door, so there's a fence to mend somewhere, but for now it's nice to drink coffee, snuggle with the dogs and have a lazy start to the day 🌱

Finally got round to sorting a pile of saved honesty seed pods into some for a vase, some for wreaths and a mountain of seeds to throw around the garden for the bees and butterflies. Orange tip butterflies love it 🌱

This is just a normal calendula officinalis but it's gone rogue rather beautifully 🌱
