I took a break from some heavy historical nonfiction to read "Hippie Food" by Jonathan Kauffman a social history about the rise and pitfalls of "natural" and "organic" food movements in the US.
Interesting, thoughtfully researched, sometimes wry humor, and to me, clearly still relatable in 2025.
