When I first saw the clip, I too was taken aback at first. But having, at multiple point in my life, been a victim of manipulation, I wanted to take the time to properly see if it was correct by looking into it myself.
What I found out is that the original clipper purposely didn't clip the apology.

I can say however that the clip made sure to show her in a worse light because right after this "rant" she immediately apologized and said she used the wrong terminology in the heat of moment.

Nintendo didn't lose the lawsuit yet. it's just that the JPO rejected one of their patent about creature taming that is the parent patent of one that is used in the lawsuit, so it open the door to higher scrutiny.

The JPO just said that one of their patent wasn't original enough and although it wasn't one of those cited in the lawsuit, it was the parent of one patent they are using against palworld, but this doesn't influence the current case, although the related patent can suffer from scrutiny.
