🌟 Currently, Nsongurua’s work is centred on how food should be produced, distributed, and consumed in a more ethical, environmentally safe, and socially inclusive way. Rather than depending on long, industrialised supply chains, her work focuses on local and regional food networks. 👏

🌟 Lindsay believes that tackling food loss and waste can only be achieved through cross-disciplinary work, owing to the wide diversity of contributing factors. 💡

🌟 Lindsay's main focus is the health of post-harvest leafy brassica crops and bioengineering for post-harvest traits. Last year, Lindsay and her teammate, Dr Adil Khan, won the Plant Cell Atlas Hackathon 2024 competition to design synthetic constructs for plants. 👏
