It's been way too long since I've been to hot pot. Perfect meal for weather like this.

Bison shortrib. Seasonal Veg. Crispy Russet. Red Wine Demi.

Ahi Tuna. Wasabi aioli. Crispy Wontons. Ponzu for dipping.

Went to The Himalayan for the first time. My lamb curry was sweet and spicy and delicious, and my gf's Basa fish was charred perfectly and delicious! We'll be going back.

Oh, to be a cat in a box.

I made a nice Japanese curry for supper. I made chow mein and stir fried it in the gravy. So it's Japanese curry chow mein stir fry. 👌
