Her family are understandably grief stricken. Luna was just 5 years old and although health problems have been a regular part of their life together, her death was not expected. It is incredibly sad and upsetting for everyone involved.
We send our deepest condolences to her family.

Sadly, in recent weeks things took a serious turn. She was hospitalised earlier this week but devastatingly, Luna developed pneumonia and suspected sepsis and the difficult decision was made that for Luna, as she was too weak and unwell, the kindest thing was to allow her to go peacefully.

Here she is with her friend Teddy who she gets out walking with, she's found her voice, and all is pretty good for this sweet little dog right now. All thanks to her rescue, Lorraine her fosterer and your support which is covering all her medical expenses.

Now, not only is he walking on all fours, he is running! This would not have been possible without the help from Schnauzerfest and we are just so very grateful and happy that he can enjoy his birthday pain free!’
