I see this at the day job a lot, to the point that part of our onboarding is retraining this aversion to Not Knowing Stuff. Not asking questions early in our workplace metrics is measurably detrimental, but everyone’s afraid to look like they don’t belong.

My patience for practicing this is pretty sparse. Im sharing here as a ritual to put a period at the end of this session, but maybe inspiring me to pick it up again tomorrow
