Tried a lahsa recipe i found on pinterest for breakfast and ohhhhhhh my gosh this is heaven in a pan.
Yemeni Lahsa Ingredients: - 1 large onion - 2 large ripe tomatoes - 4 to 5 spicy chiles (optional) - 3 eggs - olive oil - liquid cheese - salt & pepper - 1 tsp cumin powder - 1 tsp coriander powder - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tbsp tomato puree - start by chopping the veggies. Saute the onion in a drizzle of olive oil. - once the onions start to brown add the tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, paprika, tomato puree, and any other spices you prefer - keep cooking the tomatoes on medium low until dissolved - switch off the heat and crack 3 eggs in the mixture. Mix it thoroughly and add a splash of water - turn the heat back on low and spread the cheese on top - cover and let cook for 3-5 minutes - garnish. Serve with bread and enjoy
