In the survey that was blown up in the initial reporting that made men's loneliness an "epidemic" 2% more of the women respondents said that they were routinely lonely than the male respondents.
50% this and 50% the same loneliness all modern humans feel regardless of gender but which only deserves special mention when it effects men and not, like, single moms
I'm starting to wonder how much "the male loneliness epidemic" is just straight and bisexual women identifying low-effort, mean, and incompetent men and choosing not to date, marry, and tolerate them anymore

Ironically we’re hoping this gets me to eat more not less because my IR causes severe nausea

I don’t think people outside the Bay Area know this but it’s been a rough week for San Franciscans.
On Monday Claude, our beloved albino alligator, passed away and a few days later we learned local icon and therapy dog, Brixton, will be crossing the rainbow bridge.

How does one raise their blood pressure? Every time I go to the doctor they take my pressure at least 3x because they never believe it’s so low and yet no one has told me how to raise it 🤷♀️
Irony is I know salt can but my husband has high blood pressure so I cook low sodium to keep him alive lol

I feel for the families of the National Guardsmen killed today. Losing a loved one is hard enough but losing one because a manchild president wanted to use the national guard as his toy soldiers for his Nazi fantasy cosplay is just…fuck man.

I haven’t set foot in a Home Depot in years because their owner is a known Trump supporter and asshole, but I am considering it to do this! Home Depot has been complicit in ICE raids 😡
In Monrovia, California, protesters are purchasing 17¢ ICE scrapers from Home Depot and immediately returning them to create long lines and slow down the entire store. Their aim is to disrupt sales and convey a message opposing ICE raids occurring in their neighborhood.
