Second, when he came into frame, I was struck speechless by how much an aged Tom Baker looked like my father before he passed about 10 years prior.
It was a LOT all at once. I’m thankful for the moment. It’s a good memory that leads to a whole lot of other good memories.

I judge how old I am by the ages of everyone in the room who can identify the characters in the parade. Feeling ok that nobody from age 5 through 80 has any idea who Mr. Fantasy is.

This might be a positive feedback loop because I’m at the point in my life where seeing other people happy makes me happy. (Other things are monster drum solos and heavy riffs not in 4/4, so this conversation is right in my wheelhouse.)

I have definitely watched/listened to this more than 100 times and it doesn’t get old. I’m still hearing new layers. It’s magnificent.
