it’s a shame bc she has become so adored on the left and at times been the only one in the commons to vocally champion trans ppl, Palestine etc. the ongoing drama around this party which is never going to do anything, is something to get away from

i can’t believe such an experimental novel has such success. i read a fair bit (100+ this year) but i am really finding it hard work to get through. as soon as you get into a chapter, it ends after 4 pages and switches POV. appreciate the polyphonic style but to me the book comes across as a draft

people do as they please, sure, but I do feel there’s a pursuit of a hyper masculine appearance which is always there but has swelled up the past few years. like everyone was non binary and getting filler, doing makeup and now they’re juicing lol
