Poet. WE CAN’T PROGRAM THE SUN (2025, Bottlecap Press): https://bottlecap.press/products/programthesun

Words in JMWW, Eunoia Review, Creative Colloquy, Coalition Works, and more. Lots on faith, film, and community. NUFC/O’s supporter. Opinions are my own.
We often make the mistake of thinking people are stationary and incapable of movement, growth, or change (some are, don’t get me wrong). What we need to understand is that the journey of becoming often lasts a lifetime.

On a day lots of Christians frown upon, I find myself (also a Christian) doubling down on the fact that Halloween is fun, inclusive, and joyful. Not everything is demonic, folks.

I saw this quote shared elsewhere by @michaelfrost6.bsky.social, and I agree completely.

DISH is such an excellent podcast that has kept me company on my commutes home. If you’re into cooking/food conversations, great hosts, and fun guests, this is the podcast for you.

Would be wild, if so! Only a two hour flight, so props to him if that’s the same person. But also: what the hell? 😂

Is the dude in the top left corner of the broadcast (first base side behind home plate) wearing a… Marlins jersey?

I sent this to a few of my Mariners friends earlier today, now posting here for all who need it. #TridentsUp

Can’t get over this headline, too, and I’m salivating just thinking about the papers in NY tomorrow.

Sitting down? It’s being suggested that the O’s bring in a right-handed batting OF’er…

While I’d prefer the #Orioles sign Bregman to play third, I wouldn’t be opposed to Bellinger. However, I feel the latter creates even more of a logjam at 1B/DH (Basallo, Mayo, Adley, Mounty), so he’d need to play mostly OF. That being said, please sign (or trade for) starting pitchers. #Orioles

Started my 40th year with a 13.5 mile ride earlier this morning. Grateful for so much.

I *think* it’s the former, as I tend to remain optimistic about Elias/org even though they’ve given me reason to doubt over the past year. Fingers crossed.

Only a couple in the AL; however, the league-wide average across all teams is roughly .250 😬

The first season tactics alone make me think he should be the number one choice. He won Manager of the Year the following season. Yes, the team did backslide the following seasons, but that cannot all be put on Kapler, as this is just the way things go.

Dope thing here at T-Mobile (and I’m assuming other places) is that employees give out baseball cards to kids. They also have a “Take One, Leave One” section. My oldest got a pair of Birdland’s finest. #orioles

One more time at T-Mobile Park. Feels pretty fun to be at a game and have zero nerves or expectations.

Bonus: $10 since they’re playing the Rockies.

Recently picked up Music While Drowning: German Expressionist Poems, and I am loving it.
