It seems the show is content with trying to gaslight the audience into thinking Kat is spoiled when there is absolutely zero evidence of that. She is the most overlooked member of the fam. No one prioritizes her feelings and everyone expects for her to ignore her own feelings

The Richardsons aren’t written like a family, they are written like a group of distant relatives. Ted is completely absent as a father and ex spouse. Nicole only has momma bear energy for Martin. None of them seem to care for Kat. They aren’t a family, just related.

Kat lied to Tomas’s about Thanksgiving because she wanted an out from Ted and Nicole. Kat is starting to distance herself from The Richardsons.

I saw Ted act over protective of Eva to IZ but hasn’t said a single
Word to Tomas for cheating on Kat with Eva. It’s mind boggling

I truly believe they are setting up a switched at birth for Kat and Eva. Kats probably Dana’s daughter and Nicole has probably never felt a bond with Kat

Everyone is trying so hard to make life easier for Eva they are alienating Kat. It’s crazy that everyone loves Eva after what she pulled

Ted’s only concern is assuaging his own guilt about telling Dana to abort the baby. He is blind to the fact that he is invalidating Kats feelings.

Nicole is a fierce proponent of Martin but she is very dismissive of Kat
