Watching old furcon & dance comp videos and I love that there are ones 8, 10, 12+ years old that I still think are awesome but at the same time it's crazy to think how much time has passed, like the people in these vids are all a decade older now, and me too.

This is wrapping up in a few hours if anybody was still thinking about doing it. Some of the covers / art prints look preeeetty nice!
Went to the store. Thought about buying carrots for a stew. Decided not to since I knew I had carrots at home and was like 90% sure they'd still be in good shape.
Came home. No carrots. Used 'em all up and forgot.
Whyyyyy didn't I just spend the $3 or whatever just to be sure? :C

Overcoming that initial 'getting started' hump is the hardest part of a lot of things, for me.
I've come to appreciate the idea that you don't have to wait until New Year to start new things, and, in fact, the holidays - where you are likely to have extra time off - are a great time for it.

In Zootopia 2 and Bad Guys 2, I feel like they let characters be like, 'real'-feeling, adult, people, compared to the the first movies being more, yanno, "toons". Not a huge change, but noticeable.

TBH most streaming services I just rewatch a couple-few things.
Noticing more often I get messages that my stream quality is being downgraded, even watching on supported, up-to-date browsers.
Already got a mostly-empty 14TB NAS. A spare PC running Ubuntu. 🤔

Feeling confident I have everything I need off my old gaming PC and today decided to poke at an OSS thing and didn't want to fudge up my daily driver Mac with dependencies, soooo...slapped Ubuntu on the old PC and plugged it in down in the basement, heh.
