If you have SLADE, it wouldn't be hard to make a quick mod that replaces the default HUD with the BTSX one. You would just have to go also copy the big numbers from BTSX itself.

SevHUD doesn't include the big numbers, so trying to play with the BTSX HUD wouldn't look quite right (the game tries to draw a percent symbol on top of the transparent one). So no, they only load automatically per mapset.
