I keep seeing the discourse on movies you’ve seen 5+ times and am I the only one who rarely if ever rewatches a film? I would struggle to come up with a handful of movies I’ve rewatched, especially that many times, and most would be from my youth.

This is pretty fucked. The bill gives ministers the power to bypass laws in the name of “innovation”. Even if you think the liberals would not abuse this power (I’m not so sure they wouldn’t) you need to ask yourself if this was in the hands of another government would I be ok with this. No for me.
