My state allowed me to vote when I was 17 in the primary because I’d be 18 by the general election. My candidates didn’t win, but I’ve shown up for every ballot since. Even done some local volunteer work from time to time. Think you have me beat by working for a state rep

Ok so that’s a lie. Frankly I trust the officers more than the enlisted, but I think it’d be tough for the majority of the military to turn their guns on the people.

I will obey the orders of the chain of command is hardly giving allegiance to him. This isn’t an Obama change, and the oath is still to uphold the constitution

Not enough people understand this. Some want billionaires to be brilliant masters of industry. Some want them to be evil geniuses, capable of manipulating world events with ease. But yeah, they’re just folks, and more than you’d think are dumb as a box of rocks
