The ones i use with the pull ups are tranquility regular top liners, it’s like $10 for a bag of 25? But they are super thin but long ish? They only hold 10oz of fluid which isn’t really MUCH but I’m fine with that since i don’t go beyond wearing them after 2 wettingz
