I love cooking this meal year after year. It generally stays the same but details are tweaked year to year. This year was roasting the breast and confit the legs. Plus I finally bought a food mill for home so potatoes were smooooooooth.

Wow Outer Worlds 2 is much more difficult than the first. It really wants you to specialize and stick with those skills, rather than being able to do pretty much everything. Plus ammo is in very short supply

Sale was too tempting, finally upgraded my 8.5 year old Sony for not only bigger but OLED as well. It’s pretty spectacular. (Nosferatu was definitely the darkest movie I could think of to look at contrast haha)

I don’t get to say this much but these wings were unlike anything I’ve had before. They were all flats and they were chopped in half before coating and frying. Not only was the chili, garlic, Sichuan peppercorn flavor great it had a unique sweetness similar to molasses but different. 10/10

Whelp my options for my hip are: 1) do nothing 2) surgery that involves opening me up and dislocating my hip while they work on it. Neither are very nice and I’m feeling a bit shit now :(
