This is the guy this meme is based on. The reason his face is deformed is because he suffers from a condition. This photo was taken for a medical purpose, and somehow white racists got a hold of it and made it viral as caricature of an Indian man. It's neither fair to this unfortunate man nor to us.

Understand something. India's population is 1.4 billion. You'll have people of every ideology, mindset and worldview. Even if 1% of Indians are idiots, that's more than the population of Sweden. But still just 1%. You can't paint everyone with the same brush.
