I think my first hire would be a designer who has experimented with LLMs to wireframe their original ideas then a local first infra expert and then a event planner/logistics manager. Then id need 60k to spend on 26 hackathons after developing about a year of backlog.

Thoughtful App Co is becoming more of something tangible. It's really got teeth. From white paper to blog to actuality, I think I'm almost there. Maybe some petty cash to throw on bounties and rethink the way we develop products :)

Alright so open question: if I wanted to build an interest venture studio idea, where I bootstrap like 10k and just try to go campus/sponsor and try to market hackathons for cash prizes working on two to three apps on a backlog all for the improvement of human social media apps... (? In 🧵)

I think the move in the market with AI is identify the manual baby boomers/older gen X with established cash businesses and figure out how to improve those businesses via AI apps and bespoke workflows. This is kind of what I am doing with our Rugby club...

local first movement + AI assisted coding will potentially bring a grassroots and grassroots app market place where people can build modular and mutagenic applications that help improve humans versus mining us for an endless consumption cycle. Ideas for apps :www.shupp.dev/thoughtful-app-co

Texas officials appeared to be almost entirely issuing vital emergency alerts about the deadly Kerr County flooding via Facebook and Twitter/X.

Utter malpractice to restrict these alerts to social media platforms that huge numbers of people don’t use anymore.

Rand Paul bring the hero in the Republican party is wild. The whole premise was to get rid of debt not accrue the most debt possible. Guess people can't be sentient.

Do need to see crafting/prompt best practices
When first integrating #LLMs and diffusion models into their workflows, developers struggle to coax reliable results from them to use in automated systems. James Phoenix and Mike Taylor show how a set of principles called #PromptEngineering can enable you to work effectively with AI: bit.ly/43lS1UT
