Rewatching “Penny Dreadful”! Something interesting to me is how myths can be based on real symptoms (probably because my Lupus makes me feel like a vampire.
The red eyelids in the first pic are supposed to indicate vampirism.

I’ve diagnosed some of my rare conditions and told my medical docs what I have, specifically my Erythromelalgia and my Dermatomyositis.
It took a long time to know myself under the masking.
