I was diagnosed with #HIV in 1998, when I was 30.
Many of my friends had died of AIDS. I did not expect to live to 50.
I’m 58 now.
HIV treatment works.
Treatment also makes it impossible for me to pass HIV on during sex.
Ensure HIV treatment for all.
End HIV stigma.

The thing about CrunchyRoll’s enshittification is that normally I’m a big proponent of supporting official channels but if the money from subscriptions isn’t being used to pay talent and labour and the quality suffers as a result, then morally what’s the purpose of supporting those official means?

Steam being a pseudo monopoly is complicated. It's obviously got downsides, but the AI disclosure requirement makes it so realistically everything releasing on PC has to disclose or risk getting banned right off the PC platform forever and it's the only way we'd find out about some of this shit.

in all seriousness though, there are two types of FS fans that are absolutely insufferable to me, and it's 1. people who are preening assholes about the difficulty 2. people who are super into lore but won't get silly about it. in that order
casuals play DS to feel like a very special video games boy, but the real fans who actually understand it (me) are playing because they see a big tall knight in full armor and go 😍

I've said it 100 times but I genuinely blame Namco Bandai and this trailer for over a decade of stupid shitheaded attitudes about these games. Before this trailer came out I remember people chatting about DeS and figuring out new ways to cheese bosses from outside the fog wall and everybody loved it
