I do bike courier work in Toronto. Bike lanes were cleared very quickly but completely inadequately, leaving behind just enough snow on the bike path--which subsequently froze-- to make them completely useless for quite a long time.

Canada should perhaps attempt to create a buffer zone on their border with in the USA in anticipation of the upcoming US' annexation attempt (as Ukraine did in the Kursk region).
